“Our son is THRIVING at Little Makers. We couldn’t be happier. Frances’ play-based educational approach means that learning is fun! Frances is a former CPS educator, is getting her masters degree in early childhood education, and deeply understands child development. Because of all of the learning at daycare, we refer to it as “school.” Our son just turned 3 learned all the letters of the alphabet at school, can verbally spell his name, can count to over 20, loves to draw, measure ingredients for baking, build intricate towers, and has developed good age-appropriate social skills. Having been at prior daycares, I’d also highlight Frances’ communication as top notch. Our son has a dietary restriction which Frances has been extremely accommodating of, as well, for which we are incredibly thankful. We highly recommend Little Makers to other Old Irving Park families who are looking for a small class-size pre-K experience.”
